where they were, according to the Columbus Shippinga local outlet. According to police, Mr Higgins hit the brothers from behind with his car as he tried to overtake two other
vehicles on the road. Mr. Higgins is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and is currently being held at the Salem County Correctional Facility, New Jersey police
